What Is CBD?

CBD is short for cannabidiol and comes from the hemp plant.
CBD is not psychoactive. CBD does not get you high. Marijuana and hemp are two different plants. Like oranges and grapefruits are both part of the citrus family, marijuana and hemp are both members of the cannabis family. Hemp is high in cannabidiol (CBD) and marijuana is high in tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). CBD is the part that contains the healthy benefits that you keep reading about in magazines and news articles. THC is the most famous due to its psychoactive properties. CBD does not have the psychoactive properties, but its medicinal applications are vast.
CBD is legal in all 50 states and works with the Endocannabinoid System. The Endocannabinoid System is composed of cell receptors and their adjacent molecules. The ECS helps the body maintain a healthy biological balance. In the ECS there are two main types of receptors – the C1 and C2. We were designed to have special receptors that bind with these compounds extracted from plants. And when they do, incredible things happen, things that are not yet fully understood but manage to provide relief to so many people. CBD indirectly stimulates the system by slowing the elimination of natural cannabinoids produced by the body and binds directly to certain non-cannabinoid receptors involved in physical and mental health. CB1 & CB2 receptors can get damaged (through time, the aging process, alcohol use, various diseases) and the only way to repair these receptors is by using CBD. As the CBD comes into your body through a variety of delivery methods. It is then that health can be restored.
Studies show CBD has multiple medicinal benefits.
CBD is a Neuroprotectant, an anti-inflammatory, anti-emetic, arouses sexual desire, enhances muscle tone, boosts stamina, maintains a healthy circulatory system, natural pain reliever, aids in metabolism regulation. It is safe and well tolerated in high doses. Since it is not psychoactive, CBD is safe for children, people operating heavy machinery or vehicles, recovering addicts, and animals
Miracle Nutritional Products CBD is sourced from a pilot program licensed by the Kentucky Department of Agriculture and protected by the federal Farm Bill. Many states have started to enact laws that require QR codes to be on all CBD products so that the local government can find the Certificate of Analysis (COA) for the CBD. All our products contain a QR code on the label.
